New construction of a 41,000 square foot combined auto dealership for Volvo and Jaguar, with an additional 11,000 square foot Land Rover facility. Facilities include sales display floor, offices, service garage, and customer waiting areas. Project site is designed to harmoniously blend the individual style and corporate design requirements of the three separate dealerships. Careful planning, and the creation of landscape areas, courtyards and water features allowed for a uniform composition, while still maintaining unique dealership identities.
