A new 21,000 square foot Shopping Center in an upscale Cleveland suburb. Development is to serve as a destination for out of town visitors, and a gathering place for local residents. Project includes a 6,000 square foot restaurant with exterior dining patio, a 3,000 square foot wine café, a 5,000 square foot retail anchor, and 7,000 square feet of flexible retail/office space. The building is constructed on a steel frame with traditional stone and brick veneers. The varied building facade is intended to echo the character and feel of traditional American Main Streets.
