Performing Arts Center
Magnificat High School, Rocky River, Ohio
A new 40,000 square foot Performing Arts Center addition for a private high school. The Center provides a new 1,000 seat auditorium with 750 floor seats and a 250 seat “flying” balcony. Facility incorporates a full theatrical performance stage including orchestra pit, rigging, lighting, and sound systems. Ancillary spaces are provided for dressing rooms, costume storage and scene shop. Project also includes new entry lobby, band and choir classrooms, bookstore, and an exterior contemplation garden.
