A LEED Certified, 70,000 square foot interior renovation of an existing industrial building for a leading international bearing and seals manufacturer. Renovation required extensive demolition and reconstruction of building infrastructure to provide required building elements. In addition to 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space, the facility provides 20,000 square feet of corporate offices that include a conference center, product demonstration gallery and a corporate fitness center. Project implemented extensive sustainable design features to achieve USGBC LEED Gold certification.
