Interior renovation in a historic downtown Cleveland building, to convert existing office space into an upscale corporate dining facility. New 10,000 square foot facility includes a full commercial kitchen with display cooking capabilities and self service buffet line. Booth and table seating provided to accommodate 400 people in an open seating arrangement for use in large group meetings. Concepts for cafeteria renovation include complementing historic construction with transitional detailing and contemporary materials.
